This is a reminder that we will be having our first annual Let’s Kick ASS Thanksgiving potluck. We want to thank The Quest Center for Integrated Health who has graciously donated their Kitchen for this gathering. Thank you if you have already RSVP’d. If you have not yet RSVP’d please do so on our meetup.com page and let us know what dish you will be bringing or you may also email your RSVP and dish to email@example.com Please let us know how many people you are RSVP’ing for.
We will be having a Turkey, Stuffing (regular and vegetarian), Mac & Cheese with Brussel Sprouts, baked yams, cooked greens (1 with bacon and one without)
Dinner will be at 3pm,ish. Someone will be at the Quest Center at 10am if you need to use the kitchen to heat something up. Please try to have your dish already prepared from home if possible. Kitchen time for cooking will be tight. Please bring all your own cooking supplies and ingredients.
If you enjoy cooking, Whole Foods will be giving us a food donation that we will be picking up at noon. We will need help picking up the donations, sort the food and then we have to figure out what we will make using whatever donations that we get. Ester from the Quest Center will be there to help cook up some menu items that we get.
We will also need help with setting up and cleaning up, leaving the Quest Center space cleaner than how we got it.
We want to extend this Thanksgiving Potluck invite to all members of Let’s Kick ASS, WOW (Woman of Wisdom), ALL other HIV Groups at the Quest Center, The Trans folk from the Q Center, and to David’s Meetup group call “A Positive Force”
WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU THERE! DON’T FORGET TO RSVP YOU AND YOUR GUEST! LET US KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN YOUR PARTY AND WHAT DISH YOU WILL BRING. LET US KNOW IF YOU CAN HELP WITH THE FOOD DONATIONS AND PREP WORK.
IF YOU CANNOT BRING A FOOD DISH, WE WOULD STILL BE GREATFUL IF YOU COME.
