Smith, a Health Care Policy Advisor, on House Bill 3086 that is being sponsored by Oregon Representative Sheri Malstrom of the 27th district. Current Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) already mandate that insurance of all types sold or purchased in Oregon cover HIV/AIDS treatment. Rep. We cannot express the love and gratitude that we have for our Let’s Kick ASS Portland volunteers. You know the coffee is brewing when Jordan is displaying his wonderful smile. He faithfully comes in at 9am every Saturday to make sure that coffee is percolating  and is ready for our activity members and guest. Jordan is funny and witty.     Mr. Fred is our culinary guru who makes a lot of things at home and brings them in. Like his yummy monkey bread.
