Sandy River float from Oxbow Park to Dabney Park

This 7-mile float goes through swift moving Class I rapids. This is a very popular and busy section of the Sandy used by people with a variety of skill levels including anglers. Estimated paddle time: 3.5 hours.
We will depart from 2729 E Burnside at 12:00 noon. Return time is estimated and does not include time for optional no-host dinner.
All participants must provide their own inner tube/raft/kayak and life jacket. LKA will provide bottled water. You are welcome to bring beverage/snacks of your choice.
Cost for this trip is $10 per person if paid in full (non-refundable) by Friday, Sept. 1st or $15 on the day of the trip. Payment can be made on Let’s Kick ASS PDX website http://www.lka-pdx.org beginning Tuesday, August 29.
The group may decide to dine at a local restaurant after the event (no-host)
We will not be taking the Ride Connection Bus for this Trip so we are looking for people to drive. If you are willing to drive please let us know and we will discuss getting you gas reimbursement.
